*** We encourage you to make yourself at home. Stretch out on the comfy leather couches while enjoying a movie on the high definition, flat screen TV. Cable, TVR and high speed wireless internet are included.

*** Your comfort is very important to us and that is why the bedrooms are equipped with everything you need for a great night’s sleep including quality mattresses, soft sheets, big pillows and gorgeous comforters.

*** The four-piece bathroom has an inviting tub and plenty of hot water. Fluffy towels are provided for your comfort.

*** For your convenience you have an on site laundry room equipped with a full size washer / dryer.

*** This home is pet friendly to a responsible owner (pets must be approved prior to move in). There is an additional pet fee of $50 per month for each pet.

To make your transition as easy as possible our fully furnished rentals include EVERYTHING…utilities, high speed internet, cable, air conditioning, dishes, cookware, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, towels, bedding, high definition TV, and complimentary TVR.

Long or short term stays available. A one month minimum is required. Prices differ according to the length of your stay. For a short term rental the cost is $1995 per month. Accommodation for one year or more is only $1795 per month.

A one time $200 cleaning fee is required for short term stays.

The home will be impeccably clean the day you move in so that all you have to do is unpack.
