Long or short term stays available. A one month minimum is required. Prices do differ according to the length of your stay. For a short term rental the cost is $1195 per month. Accommodation for eight months (one school year) or more is only $995 per month.
A one time $200 cleaning fee is required.
The home will be impeccably clean the day you move in so that all you have to do is unpack.
